Join our team as a Project Manage for Supply Chain Performance where you will utilize DBS tools to enhance Quality Delivery and Cost while fostering a culture of sustainable innovation.

This is an onsite role based out of the United Kingdom with stakeholders around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives: Drive sustainable improvements in Quality Delivery and Cost by aligning with Policy Deployment (PD) and Daily Management (DM) utilizing DBS tools and effective change management practices.

• Strategic kaizen planning: Develop and manage a kaizen event funnel ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and enabling teams to execute highimpact improvement initiatives.

• Facilitate endtoend process enhancements: Oversee the full lifecycle of continuous improvement projectsfrom idea generation through implementation to sustained resultsensuring adherence to kaizen methodologies.

• Crossfunctional collaboration: Partner with Business Operations Manufacturing and Distribution teams to identify and implement holistic process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.

• Deploy DBS tools effectively: Apply a range of DBS tools (e.g. Value Stream Mapping TPI PSP 3P) to drive measurable improvements across the supply chain.

Essential Requirements

• Educational background: Bachelors degree required; Masters or MBA preferred.

• Professional experience: Minimum of 5 years in operations or a DBSrelated role with a proven track record of driving process improvements.

• Analytical and strategic thinking: Strong ability to interpret metrics assess situations holistically and develop actionable DBS roadmaps. Must be both detailoriented and capable of strategic oversight.

• Problemsolving expertise: Datadriven mindset with a rigorous approach to problemsolving; PSP certification preferred.

• Influence and leadership: Demonstrated ability to build relationships influence stakeholders and lead teams through continuous improvement efforts.
