Job Description
About the Role:
The applicants must be prepared to lead groups as well as working 1:1 with children. They must also understand the importance of positive relationships and enabling environments and appreciate the value of outdoor play in early years education.
Experience and an understanding of neurodiversity and the EYFS statutory framework is desirable. The successful candidate will also have experience of working with children with SEN and education outdoors or a willingness to undergo training in these areas.
Patience organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team with other adults would be desirable characteristics. A recognised early years qualification level 3 or above would also be an advantage.
Trythall is a small (68 pupils) family school with a thriving preschool set in a rural location. The small team of dedicated professionals who work here possess a wealth of experience and special skills to share. Trythall has a strong environmental ethos and a commitment to learning outside the classroom. We have an open minded approach to what we do and a different feel to more traditional schools.
