Job Title: Adult Social worker Advanced Practitioner/Deputy Manager Rochdale
Location: Rochdale
Pay Rate: 40
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join our client as a Advanced Practitioner/Deputy Manager based in Rochdale.
What will your responsibilities be
- Provide professional leadership within a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) supervising councilemployed social workers and assessment workers while maintaining a small complex caseload.
- Apply indepth knowledge of statutory adult social care and secondary mental health services delivering assessments reviews and care planning in line with legislative frameworks.
- Lead on statutory duties including safeguarding enquiries mental capacity assessments Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Court of Protection applications and social circumstance reports.
- Offer expert guidance to multidisciplinary team members ensuring the delivery of local authority responsibilities within a healthled CMHT structure.
- Receive professional supervision from the Social Care and AMHP Manager and contribute to the ongoing development of integrated personcentred mental health practice.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration be eligible to work in the UK hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level and have postqualified experience.
