Totley Primary School
Totley Primary School is a happy thriving school providing high quality education both in the classroom and throughout a wide range of extracurricular activities. We are very proud of our children and believe they should perform well academically and develop as people.
Our outstanding school covers the ages 411 and is twoform entry accommodating approximately 425 children. The school is in the suburb of Totley in South Sheffield on the edge of the Peak District.
The role
Totley Primary School has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious talentedand caring individual to join our team as a classroom teacher. This role is 0.5FTE with working days to be negotiated for the right candidate. You will be responsible forthe implementation and impactof our curriculumthrough the deliveryof exceptional teaching and learning to all will ensure theyachieve the very best that they can.

The candidate
Candidates must have the ability to engage inspire and motivate both pupils and colleagues and have the strategic vision to be part of the team moving our vibrant school forward.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent classroom skills including a sound understanding of how children learn. They will also have the ability to forge excellent relationships with colleagues parents and most importantly our children. They must be team players who are exceptional teachers of English and maths as well as having the knowledge and skills to inspire childrens learning in all wider areas of the curriculum.
