About the Role
Join Cleos Strategy & Business Operations team and drive some of the companys most critical initiatives. Our team is focused on four core priorities:
- Shape and evolve Cleos company strategy in close collaboration with leadership to define our longterm vision and priorities.
- Support planning business operations and strategy delivery by establishing clear goals effective rhythms and strong structures.
- Enhance operational excellence by developing scalable tooling frameworks and best practices.
- Manage crossfunctional programmes and special projects that shape Cleos future growth.
As a Strategy & Ops Manager youll contribute to all four areas. Youll be trusted to tackle Cleos most complex business questions and solve a wide range of challenges moving seamlessly between strategy thinking and handson delivery.
This is a dynamic and varied role. Youll be actionoriented curious and eager to learn. One week you might be refining our operating model; the next rolling up your sleeves to help drive a key crossfunctional project. No two weeks are the same and your ability to work across functions and adapt quickly will be key.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the refresh and implementation of company product and pillar strategies
- Support biannual planning cycles and goal setting processes across functions
- Prepare internal reports to measure and communicate business performance
- Partner with product and other teams to drive crossfunctional projects (e.g. GTM launch)
- Define and implement scalable operational best practices including documentation internal communications and tooling improvements
- Partner with Senior Leadership to drive progress and assess new growth opportunities
- Contribute towards fundraising and IPO activities
- Take ownership of special projects and respond to emerging needs across the business
What Were Looking For
- 4 years of experience in an operations strategy or a similar role ideally in consulting tech or fintech
- Ability to think strategically while executing effectively at an operational level
- A detailoriented datadriven approach to problemsolving
- Experience managing projects/programmes with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of seniority
- Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity in a fastmoving environment
- A team player with a proactive problem solving mindset
