Mortgage Advisor & Business Partner Loughborough
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a growing estate agency group as a key business partner. This role offers not only excellent earning potential but also the chance to own a stake in the business but not the initial startup costs sharing in its longterm success.
Whats on Offer
- Head Office in Loughborough (with flexible working arrangements)
- Consistent leads from the estate agency business with 3 offices.
- 50% of the deal value from leads.
- Shares anddividends in the business.
- Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients referred by the agencys three busy offices.
- Responsible for the day to day running of the business.
- Growing the business alongside (the owners) to expand to multiple advisors and lead providers.
- Build strong relationships with estate agency staff and clients to maximise lead conversion.
- Manage the endtoend mortgage process ensuring excellent customer service and compliance.
- Work closely with the business owners to contribute to the growth and strategy of the company.
- Generous Commission: 50% of deal value on all completed business.
- O.T.E: 100k plus
- Business Ownership: Shares and dividends in the company providing longterm financial rewards.
- Strong Lead Flow: Consistent referrals from three wellestablished estate agency offices.
- Flexible Working: While youll have a dedicated desk at the head office in Loughborough theres flexibility to work from home or other locations as needed.
- Fully qualified Mortgage Advisor (CeMAP or equivalent).
- A proven track record in mortgage sales and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
- A selfstarter with the ability to work independently and contribute to the wider business.
