Senior Nurse RGN
Salary: Up to 49500 per annum
37.5 hours per week
Shift times: 08:00 20:30
Our client is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Nurse (RGN) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Registered General Nurse with a background in care homes or similar settings. In this role you will lead the nursing team in delivering highquality personcentred care to residents.
What Were Looking For
- Valid RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification
- Demonstrated leadership experience within a care home or similar health or social care setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge
- Understanding of CQC Regulations and other relevant legislation
- Experience with Quality Assurance systems and clinical audit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising the nursing and care staff
- Ensuring the provision of personcentred care and support to residents
- Monitoring and upholding clinical standards and compliance with CQC Regulations and other relevant legislation
- Contributing to the development and implementation of quality assurance systems and clinical audit
- Working with multidisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and wellbeing
- Participating in assessing planning implementing and evaluating individual care plans
- Offering mentorship and training to junior staff members
