Our client a fantastic boutique estate agent is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Manager to join their successful team. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage the team and entire lettings process from initial inquiry to movein ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings showcasing properties to prospective tenants.
- Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants striving to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties ensuring they are wellmaintained and tenants are happy.
- Perform regular property inspections to ensure standards are met and identify any maintenance needs.
- Schedule and manage maintenance and repair work liaising with reliable contractors.
- Proven experience in a lettings management role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a clientfocused approach.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
