Job Description
Portico are on the lookout for a Night Concierge to join our team based at an exclusive residential development in the City.
We are looking for candidates who excel with people and for whom no request is too much. The Concierge will be there to provide a friendly face and a helping hand for the residents. Ultimately ensuring that the residents every need is met!
The successful candidate will need to be organised with a proactive approach as they will balance duties such as sorting post & couriers; taking ownership for contractors and keys; organising restaurant bookings; and many more complex requests.
Hours: 4on 4off 7pm to 7am 42 hrs
Salary: 30282
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate must have a can do attitude and a big friendly smile.
Applicants must be able to communicate clearly in person over the phone and via email.
Adaptability and flexibility are essential as you will need to perform a plethora of duties within this highend residential operation.
Your ability to engage with people on all levels to build rapport is a must have skill.
Concierge experience is essential preferably within a highend hotel or residential environment.
Experience operating in a built to rent property is desirable.
