As a Partner Account Coordinator you will support the Customer Services and Network Services department delivering a high level of customer service to Partners customers of partners and internal stakeholders. You will need to be approachable and have the ability to think on your feet and solve problems day to day.
What will you be doing
- First point of contact for Partner Account and Network Services related enquiries
- Problem solving for Partners customers and internal departments
- Meeting customer and client expectations and meeting agreed SLAs
- Collating accurate information for Partner KPI packs and internal business reporting
- Provide accurate data in a timely manner for both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain a high level of customer/ Partner focus
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure optimum customer service provision
- Manage Partner agreements in line managers absence
- Assisting with event coordination in line managers absence
- Monitor Partner/Operations queries to ensure appropriate and timely solutions providing guidance where required
- Invoice generation for specific accounts or events where required
- Distribution of all Partner communication bulletins
- Track and trace system coordination where required
- Action generic TPN email inbox to distribute enquiries effectively
Qualifications :
- Intermediate level of Microsoft IT skills to include Excel Word and Outlook
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet all deadlines
- Displays a calm and methodical approach if under pressure
- High attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Professional and courteous approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills with the desire to share best practice enhancements
- Strong teamwork approach
