Up to 43000 per annum depending on skills and experience
37.5 hours per week

As a Pharmacist at our hospitalyoull be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and youll have proven postqualification experience. Its also important that you have excellent communication and people skills as youll be working closely with our patients and a variety of clinical staff.
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for optimising medication therapy and promoting safe effective and costefficient drug use within the hospital. The role involves direct patient care in collaboration with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to improve treatment outcomes and minimise medicationrelated problems.
Asa Pharmacistyouwill:
Join our talented multidisciplinary team
Be the trusted Medicines Management Lead for our hospital
Deliver highquality clinical care and advice where its needed
Offer services to a range of departments including the preassessment clinic outpatient department ward and theatres
Participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings
Educate patients on the proper use of prescribed medications
Conduct medication reconciliation and drug utilization reviews
Document clinical interventions and outcomes
Provide drug information and training to healthcare staff and patients
Ensure compliance with hospital policies national regulations and accreditation standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives audits and medication safety programs
Report adverse drug reactions and medication errors
Asa Pharmacistyouwill have:
Strong knowledge of pharmacology pharmacokinetics and disease management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
