We are seeking a talented individual to join our Construction team at Marsh. This role will be based in Norwich. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This team provides support to existing London and Norwich based colleagues in servicing complex major multinational risks with a focus on International Construction. Marshs globally integrated team of more 1200 construction industry specialists helps clients deliver construction projects in all regions of the world.
This particular role will involve supporting an Australian and New Zealand book of business within an experienced and supportive team.
Please note whilst advantaegous previous insurance experience for this role is not essential as full training will be provided.
We will count on you to:
- Provide support to Client Executives and Brokers facilitate placement of policies and deliver excellent client service for International Construction risks
- Prepare Quotes Market Reform Contracts and Endorsements (MRCs and MRCEs) and adapt these based on information received from our clients and input from the Client Executive/Broking teams
- Liaise and coordinate with Brokers and colleagues within Construction and across the wider organisation
- Demonstrate knowledge of process steps procedures and standards throughout the new business and renewal process of the Broking Placement cycle
- Support brokers when working with clients and colleagues across the globe
- Review and respond to queries emanating from internal colleagues markets and clients

- Outstanding communication skills written and verbal
- Proven track record of working under pressure
- The ability to follow set processs
- Proficient MS Office skills
- An interest/keeness in developing a career within the insurance sector
