Were Hiring: Reservations Manager Airport Hotel
Are you a people person with a knack for organisation Were looking for a Reservations Manager to join our busy airport hotel team! Youll be the friendly face (and voice) behind our bookings making sure guests have a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment they call or click.
What youll do:
Manage room reservations and group bookings
Work closely with the front desk sales food & beverage and housekeeping teams
Keep systems uptodate and running smoothly
Help guests with special requests and ensure topnotch service
What were looking for:
Great communication skills and a customerfirst mindset
Experience in hotel reservations or front office (preferred)
Comfortable with booking systems and juggling priorities
Accor systems experience will be a plus
A positive cando attitude
