Clap Partners a leading organization within Professional Services is seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented HRIS Consultant to join our Talent division in the vibrant city of Paris. In this role youll be empowered to leverage your expertise in HR Information Systems to enhance our HR capabilities and drive efficiency across our operations.
About the Role
As an HRIS Consultant you will play a pivotal role in the management and evolution of our HR information systems. Your insights and recommendations will directly influence our HR strategies and contribute to organizational success. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with various teams and stakeholders making a meaningful impact in our professional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive system analysis and provide solutions to improve HR processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with existing systems and platforms.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of HRIS modules in alignment with business requirements.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and endusers ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize the systems effectively.
- Stay current with HRIS trends and best practices recommending upgrades to enhance functionality.
- Conduct regular audits and maintenance of the HRIS to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Develop and generate reports to analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HRIS Consultant or in a similar role with a deep understanding of HR processes.
- Strong technical proficiency in HRIS with experience in system implementations and data management.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
