As the Manager Projects & Optimisation you will be joining Operations & Transformation team in Customer and Corporate Services thats doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day youll go above and beyond to:
- Lead the Project Delivery and oversight of largescale process improvement initiatives and special project workstreams ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget; monitor and report on project performance providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
- Lead continuous improvement and innovation through promoting a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing innovative solutions that enhance process performance; encourage the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to drive operational excellence.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Expert in tracking performance leveraging performance dashboards and portfolio management tools (Power BI). Expertise in using advanced analytical techniques and tools to assess process performance and identify areas for improvement; ability to interpret complex data sets and provide strategic insights that inform decisionmaking.
- Manage NAB Legal panel preparing materials ensuring actions are tracked and closed and communicating with the Legal Panel on compliance and other requirements

- Leadership: Able to build develop and lead high performing & engaged teams
- Advanced knowledge of process modelling tools controls familiarity with process automation techniques and methodologies / GenAI to drive performance improvements and efficiencies
- Demonstrated experience in integrating technology solutions with business processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences including technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in leading business case development proposals and recommendation development.
- Indepth understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the banking industry and experience ensuring that process changes meet these standards.
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Expertise in using advanced analytical techniques and tools to assess process performance and identify areas for improvement; ability to interpret complex data sets and provide strategic insights that inform decisionmaking
