As our Total Rewards Partner youll lead the implementation and ongoing management of compensation and benefits programs that are fair competitive and built to scale. From salary structures to equity programs your work will ensure every team member is recognized and rewarded for the impact they make.

Were looking for someone whos proactive analytical and excited about using technology to simplify automate and continuously improve how we work.
What youll do:
- Lead the annual compensation review including salary benchmarking job evaluations and bonus/equity planning
- Maintain equitable scalable pay structures and manage executive compensation (including equity and deferred arrangements)
- Oversee our global benefits offering handling renewals vendor selection and employee education
- Use market data and internal analytics to assess and improve the effectiveness of our total rewards strategy
- Provide expert support to People Partners managers and business leaders on pay and benefits questions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies staying ahead of trends like pay transparency
- Own communication efforts that help employees understand the full value of their rewards
- Lead change management for any new compensation or benefits initiatives.
What were looking for:
- 5 years experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel/GSheets HRIS tools (Workday Personio etc.) and compensation platforms (Mercer Radford Pave Ravio).
- Indepth knowledge of equity programs (private/public) and global tax implications.
- A process optimizer with sharp project management skills.
- A structured thinker who can translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Clear communicator who can partner with leaders and bring employees along.
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
