Role Description/Purpose
Role Accountabilities
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Teacher of Maths to join our team committed to setting high expectations that inspire motivate and challenge pupils. The ideal candidate will promote excellent progress and outcomes demonstrating strong subject knowledge and a deep understanding of the curriculum.
Effective lesson planning and delivery are essential ensuring structured and engaging sessions that respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils. The role requires adaptability in teaching approaches enabling each student to achieve their potential through accurate and productive assessment strategies.
A safe and supportive learning environment is at the heart of what we do and effective behaviour management is a key responsibility. Beyond classroom teaching wider professional duties contribute to the holistic development of students and the school community.
