Job Description
- During your thesis you will develop a riskbased CSR audit concept for ensuring an adequate implementation in an industrial environment.
- You will compile worldwide regulations and frameworks along with relevant CSR internal governance elements.
- Furthermore you will benchmark and analyze existing audit concepts (e.g. industries IDW IIA).
- Finally you will create a risk matrix including different risk types and a prioritization proposal.
Qualifications :
- Education: Master studies in the field of Internal Auditing or comparable with very good grades
- Experience and Knowledge: in internal audit standards ICS RMS and CMS; confident use of MS Office; knowledge about sustainability reporting sustainability CSRD ESRS and taxonomy
- Personality and Working Practice: you are communicative able to quickly process new information plan tasks independently and communicate effectively within the team
- Enthusiasm: for taking new paths
- Languages: very good in German or English

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 5 months
