Summary

As a Strategic Business Development Associate youll operate at the intersection of consulting commercial strategy and innovation. This role is ideal for earlycareer professionals eager to influence how we design and deliver client solutions. Youll codevelop our consulting IP drive market analyses and craft compelling gotomarket materials. If youre a structured thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for strategic execution this is your opportunity to shape one of Fusions most forwardlooking business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Support creation of new consulting offerings by translating delivery insights into structured methodologies.
- Research benchmarks and industry trends to develop reusable frameworks and internal IP.
- Contribute to solution blueprints pricing models and service modularization.
- Conduct structured market competitor and client ecosystem research.
- Assist in business modeling for pricing value propositions and strategic business cases.
- Craft highquality clientfacing proposal decks from RFP analysis to delivery.
- Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to structure messaging and commercial framing.
Qualifications :
- 12 years of experience in consulting (MBB Big 4 boutique or inhouse strategy) investment banking or corporate development.
- Strong analytical and structured problemsolving skills.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint; able to develop clear consultingstandard slide decks.
- Familiarity with proposal development commercial models or business case preparation.
- Fluent in English (German a plus); confident working with multiple stakeholders.
- Handson proactive and dependable with a drive to lead workstreamsnot just support them.
