Our client a leading player in the digital automotive wholesale space is seeking a Team Lead Onboarding to guide a highperforming team of Onboarding Specialists across 30 markets. This role blends leadership with technical expertise driving seamless onboarding experiences while ensuring compliance with KYC regulations.
Your Mission
In this strategic role you will oversee the endtoend onboarding experience ensuring smooth transitions from customer acquisition to golive. You will manage a team that ensures KYC compliance works crossfunctionally and optimizes onboarding processes at scale.
Tasks
- Team Leadership: Lead coach and develop a team of 612 Onboarding Specialists setting clear goals and fostering career growth.
- Onboarding Execution: Oversee the execution of onboarding activities removing blockers and driving customer engagement.
- KYC Compliance: Ensure KYC processes are followed working with legal and compliance teams to manage risks.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks introduce automation and refine workflows to streamline customer experiences.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between Sales Legal and Customer Care to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Performance Tracking: Manage KPIs such as timetolaunch customer satisfaction and KYC completion rates.
- Escalation & Risk Management: Lead resolution of escalated issues and ensure highrisk accounts are thoroughly vetted.
- Documentation & Training: Maintain playbooks and training materials improving processes for scalability.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management or a related field
- 35 years in customer onboarding implementation or client services with 2 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in KYC procedures regulatory compliance and fraud mitigation
- Proven experience in managing onboarding endtoend with crossfunctional team collaboration
- CRM tool proficiency (e.g. Salesforce Service Cloud)
- Fluent in English and at least one additional languages: German French Spanish Italian Portugues Dutch is a must
