Tasks
What Wed Love You To Do
- Analyze and monitor sales performance KPIs and profitability for our brands NEONAIL and Staylac.
- Develop and implement category strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
- Recommend pricing placement and promotional strategies based on datadriven insights.
- Collaborate with sales marketing and supply chain teams to optimize product assortment and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and category performance including actionable insights.
- Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Identify market trends consumer insights and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Proven experience in sales controlling and/or category management ideally in the beauty or FMCG sector
- Strong analytical skills and a datadriven mindset
- Ability to design and execute effective category strategies
- Solid understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
- Experience with budgeting forecasting and financial planning
- Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy
- Selfmotivated structured and resultsoriented working style
- Extensive knowledge of Excel and other analytical tools (e.g. Power BI SAP etc.)
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) is a must Polish is a plus.
