For our office in Weil am Rhein we are looking for you as ECommerce Assistant (m/f/x).
Tasks
- Provide information and resolve customer complaints via phone email or social media.
- Assist with order placement refunds exchanges quality issues cancellations and other customer queries.
- Offer product advice and support.
- Maintain and update customer data.
- Liaise with carriers for shipments and deliveries.
- Support the seasonal upload of new products and data using the content management system (CMS) as well as maintain existing products and inventory within the CMS.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Production Creative and Logistics to ensure the website is always up to date.
- Monitor the website to optimize the user experience and customer journey ensuring the sites visual appeal and functionality.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- High customer empathy enthusiasm and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English German or French (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
- Experience with Magento or similar CMS platforms is preferred.
- A passion for online and fashion markets.
