Job Description
As a platform architect youll lead a new initiative to develop a serviceoriented architecture for an existing hightraffic web application.
In your daytoday you will:
Lead the design and implementation of a new serviceoriented architecture
Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration with OLAP OLTP and machine learning infrastructure
Design and optimize scalable solutions for hightraffic web applications
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Ensure the platform meets performance reliability and scalability standards

This is a fully remote position.
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in senior platform engineering roles
Expertlevel proficiency in and Python. Experience with JVM languages (Java Scala) or PHP is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to understand the needs of teams responsible for OLAP OLTP and machine learning infrastructure.
Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable service architectures. Bonus points for experience decoupling services from existing monolithic applications.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and disciplines.

The approximate base compensation is $CAD In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
