What Youll Do
Accurately and safely fill prescriptions using established workflow procedures.
Counsel patients on new therapies ensuring understanding and comfort with their medications.
Monitor patient adherence and provide ongoing medication consultations.
Maintain patient profiles and records in accordance with all privacy and regulatory standards.
Collaborate closely with a team of pharmacists technicians and other pharmacy staff to support smooth efficient daily operations.
Ensure full compliance with all regulations set by NAPRA and the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
Flexibility to support shift coverage on short notice is considered an asset.
What Were Looking For
Licensing: Part A licensed by the Ontario College of Pharmacists in good standing.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; mailorder or high volume setting preferred.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Kroll and general pharmacy IT systems.
DetailOriented: Accuracy in prescription preparation labelling and documentation is essential.
Team Player: Selfmotivated and able to work independently or collaboratively with the team.
Strong Communicator: Excelled in verbal and written communication skills.
