What Youll Do

  • Accurately and safely fill prescriptions using established workflow procedures.

  • Counsel patients on new therapies ensuring understanding and comfort with their medications.

  • Monitor patient adherence and provide ongoing medication consultations.

  • Maintain patient profiles and records in accordance with all privacy and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate closely with a team of pharmacists technicians and other pharmacy staff to support smooth efficient daily operations.

  • Ensure full compliance with all regulations set by NAPRA and the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).

  • Flexibility to support shift coverage on short notice is considered an asset.

What Were Looking For

  • Licensing: Part A licensed by the Ontario College of Pharmacists in good standing.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; mailorder or high volume setting preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Kroll and general pharmacy IT systems.

  • DetailOriented: Accuracy in prescription preparation labelling and documentation is essential.

  • Team Player: Selfmotivated and able to work independently or collaboratively with the team.

  • Strong Communicator: Excelled in verbal and written communication skills.
