The Role
The Senior Program Manager role sits within the Strategic Portfolio Team in Online Engineering and is responsible
for leading the technical delivery of SEEKs most strategically important initiatives on behalf of Technology. This
key leadership position oversees multiple technical initiatives across the organization.
Strategic Initiative Delivery
- Drive the delivery of interconnected initiatives across technology teams to achieve strategic objectives and outcomes
- Enable the technical delivery of OKR & strategic initiative roadmaps managing sequencing and dependencies between initiatives
- Build clear plans around shared objectives while establishing transparent governance processes for executive decisionmaking
Team Leadership & Development
- Provide direct line management for project and program managers while strengthening delivery capabilities
- Create an environment for highperforming inclusive team cultures that embrace diversity of thought and foster psychological safety
- Coach teams in agile delivery and lean software development practices identifying opportunities for technical and process improvements
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Technology teams to form cohesive delivery work plans where dependencies need coordination
- Implement reporting that visualizes progress risks and dependencies enabling proactive solution development
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels using concise transparent communication about OKR & Initiative status and decisions
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and remove systemic impediments that slow value delivery
- Design and implement lean practices and tools to improve team cadences and delivery efficiency
- Scale agile delivery practices to accelerate outcomes across multiyear and multidomain initiatives balancing pace with quality

technology background will help you create clarity from complexity establishing clear connections between team
activities and strategic outcomes. Rather than implementing rigid control mechanisms youll develop lightweight
processes that increase delivery predictability while fostering team autonomy ultimately reducing timetomarket
and minimizing coordination overhead.
Qualifications :
Program Delivery
- Extensive experience managing multiple large Programs of Work in a Digital Marketplace environment
- Track record presenting to and collaborating with executive stakeholders across business functions
- Successfully led largescale global programs within complex organizational environments
- Pragmatic approach to program management balancing lean/agile methodologies with business needs
- Deep understanding of program execution within Product/Tech/Engineering organizations
- Demonstrated partnership experience with Engineering Architecture and Product teams
- Broad knowledge applying agile frameworks and lean thinking to deliver worldclass software outcomes
- Strong experience creating team environments supporting agile and continuous delivery with focus on identifying technical delivery business and process improvements
- Proven ability to engage and motivate cohesive teams including coaching and mentoring to drive high performance
Stakeholder Management
- Exceptional communication skills for effective progress reporting risk management and cost control
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with senior and executive stakeholders
- Skilled in coaching teams on customercentric product development and prioritization
- Significant experience partnering with Product Management Architecture and Strategy functions
- Outstanding collaboration skills to influence senior stakeholders with conflicting requirements
- Experience working with leadership to prioritize and execute technical roadmaps with focus on longterm outcomes
Commercial
- Experience managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets or strong understanding of project financial fundamentals
- Sound experience managing vendors and handling contract negotiations
