Job Description
As Newhaul expands into new operations and prepares for the launch of Beebyn/W11 were building out our leadership team at the Geraldton Depot. Were now seeking experienced organised and calmunderpressure individuals to step into the role of Fleet Operations Supervisor.
This is a pivotal role that keeps the wheels turningliterally. Youll manage truck scheduling driver allocation and fleet coordination in real time to ensure efficient compliant haulage from mine to port. Youll also act as 2IC to the Operations Superintendent and play a handson role in operational performance and shift continuity.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily truck allocation movement and port cadence
- Monitor GPS and driver comms to adjust fleet flow in real time
- Oversee driver rosters ensuring coverage and fatigue compliance
- Support operational continuity across 7/7 roster rotations
- Act as secondincommand to the Superintendent stepping up as needed
- Engage with drivers supervisors workshop and port teams to resolve issues on shift
- Drive accountability consistency and safety across all activities
Qualifications :
- Strong background in transport logistics coordination or fleet management
- Excellent decisionmaking under pressure
- Operational technology literacy (e.g. GPS fatigue scheduling systems)
- A proactive detailoriented mindset with a getitdone approach
- Capability to lead informally influence others and step up when required
- Knowledge of fatigue laws CoR and WAHVA compliance
- Calm clear communicator who thrives in a fastpaced environment
