Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Reporting and Insights Analyst to join the Store Operations team. In this role you will deliver detailed analysis and actionable insights that drive operational performance. Working in close collaboration with stakeholders across the business this role requires a commercially minded analyst with strong technical expertiseparticularly in designing developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of complex datasets and a proven ability to translate data into clear commercially relevant insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Store Operations team to develop and refine KPI reporting for Stores and Area Managers.
- Design automate and maintain a suite of Power BI dashboards.
- Perform ongoing analysis of store KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders on key business initiatives.
- Support the Operations team with labour productivity reporting and analysis.
- Support & Lead the preparation of regular weekly and monthly reports.
- Deliver timely ad hoc reporting and analysis in Microsoft Excel with a focus on sales and store performance.
- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities based on datadriven insights.
- Continuously evolve existing reporting frameworks and dashboards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Commerce or a related field.
- 3 years experience in an analyst or reportingfocused role.
- Strong experience in developing and managing Power BI dashboards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various functions.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to derive and communicate insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a retail environment highly desirable
