Our wellbeing program offers a variety of social activities customised to individual hobbies and interests as well as outings that are designed to keep residents actively involved in the local community whether its watching a game at our Corporate Box at Marvel Stadium a lunch out at the local pub or a helicopter joy flight over Phillip Island.
We welcome a qualified parttime enthusiastic Wellbeing Assistant to join our team located in Wallington tosupport the delivery of meaningful activities to enhance the individual wellbeing and lifestyle needs of our residents.
Located on the doorstep of the beautiful Surf Coast in Geelong our aged care residence in Wallington Homestead Estate is a modern and vibrant residential aged care home. Central to the lively local community Homestead Estate proudly offers a comprehensive array of senior care services catering to the diverse needs of older people seeking quality nursing home and aged care options in the Geelong and Surf Coast region.
TLC Aged Care Homestead Estate has an extensive range of onsite services available making TLC a unique place to live including a community medical centre allied health services including a hydrotherapy pool gym physiotherapy dietetics and podiatry a residents sports bar and caf and virtual reality cinema.

- Flexible
- Min 4 days per week (incl. Saturday)
- Monday Saturday

What youll be doing
- Support the delivery of lifestyle and wellbeing programs
- Provide oneonone support for residents
- Review and evaluation of wellbeing care plans and assessments
- Provide an exceptional stakeholder experience
- Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure residents wellbeing needs are being met
Things that matter to us
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Uptodate COVID19 vaccinations
- NDIS Check
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
