Lead transformational property projects that deliver public benefit across NSW
In this role youll lead a team to manage and deliver complex property advisory and transaction projects including rezoning development leasing acquisition and divestment of government property assets. Youll work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects reflect strategic priorities community interests and optimal public value.
Youll navigate complex constraints provide expert advice to senior leaders and manage external consultants while ensuring effective governance and project risk management.

What you will bring to the role
- Proven experience leading largescale or complex property and development projects and transactions
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative stakeholderdriven approach
- Strategic thinking with the ability to manage risk and deliver outcomes in a highprofile government setting
Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in a propertyrelated discipline such as planning property valuation/economics property law project management property development or engineering
