Job Description

  • Lead a team delivering highimpact property and transaction projects across NSW
  • One permanent and one temporary opportunity (until January 2026)
  • Office location Parramatta Coffs Harbour or Queanbeyan with flexible working supported
  • Salary relative to experience and ranges from $145378 to $168130 super

Lead transformational property projects that deliver public benefit across NSW
In this role youll lead a team to manage and deliver complex property advisory and transaction projects including rezoning development leasing acquisition and divestment of government property assets. Youll work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects reflect strategic priorities community interests and optimal public value.

Youll navigate complex constraints provide expert advice to senior leaders and manage external consultants while ensuring effective governance and project risk management.
