Core Responsibilities
Lean into retail ecosystem in order to capitalise on the fullfunnel opportunity they offer. Leveraging to drive awareness consideration purchase and loyalty.
Create socialise and implement fullyear strategic marketing/promotional plans for a set of specific Omni Channel eCommerce sites across ANZ retailers
Responsible for crafting and executing detailed campaign/activity plans in collaboration with KAM and customer. This includes Big Bet campaigns retailer events and occasions.
Build strong retail team relationship diving into their ecosystem to unlock opportunities for the brand.
Support and contribute to the Omnichannel Strategy development.
Lead the charge on integrated ways of working collaborating and jointly planning with Trade and contributing to Marketing team meetings to drive much more effective execution for the brand.
Lead the onplatform and offnetwork advertising execution for key partner sites while upholding LEGO brand values and tailoring approach to specific markets and Partners
Support sales in key customer planning and negotiation activities development and execution of omni channel traffic driving plans
Perform market analysis including understanding changes of LEGO product market share understanding key category trends and market dynamics and identifying growth opportunities within specific eCommerce channels
Analyse key competitor actions & strategies and emerging trends in eCommerce Marketing
Conduct promotional activity analysis understanding lift and return on investment from retail media activity; develop insights and provide recommendations for marketing strategies for partner sites

This role is tasked to lean into key retailer ecosystems in order to capitalise on the fullfunnel opportunity they offer in driving the LEGO brand. The successful applicant is encouraged to bring retail media & digital/ecommerce expertise and experience to not only drive the success of the online channel but to help build stronger digital capabilities across BU ANZ to innovate for the future.
The Retail Marketing eCommerce Manager will represent The LEGO Group in their day to day interactions with our business partners bringing to life and delivering on our Partner Promise and in true LEGO fashion have fun doing it and ultimately bring the LEGO play experience to many more children in Australia.
Do you have what it takes
5 years experience in marketing analytics eCommerce or related field.
Direct experience with retail media for B2B eCommerce accounts (e.g. Cartology or Amazon Advertising) or external media agencies.
Detailed knowledge of digital marketing tools and best methodologies in the B2B landscape.
Experience with consumerpackaged goods strongly preferred.
Deep solid understanding of large international eCommerce sites including understanding of market dynamics and key interdependencies.
Ability to partner with cross functional collaborators including but not limited to sales brand marketing & analytics in order to solve sophisticated problems and deliver financial results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; be able to present data in an organised manner.
Previous role focused on shopperorientation and customerfocus.
Crossfunctional collaboration experience with marketing functions especially digital marketing (preferably performance marketing).
Strong communication and relationship skills.
Strong openness and proactive approach to engage spar and influence on key responsibilities.
Independent energetic and willing to thrive in a fastmoving entrepreneurial atmosphere.
Adaptable to changes and be at the forefront to lead change in both actions and behaviour.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Understand what it means to achieve success with others and through others.
