Having just launched the Position Statement on Open Research Deakin is implementing the recommendations from two years work in the Open Access and Research Data Management Taskforces.
The Manager Scholarly Communication and Research Outputs is based in the Information Directorate and leads a team of 13 high performing staff (five direct reports) with a wide range of subject matter expertise. They oversee the research support services for the Library and also have responsibility for two complex projects progressing the open agenda across the university. They are a member of the Information Leadership Team.
