Westpac Private Banks Global Investment Services (GIS) is a unique service offered exclusively to highnetworth clients seeking listed and unlisted investment opportunities in Australian and offshore markets. GIS is undertaking a period of significant transformation to transform and grow the business. Working in partnership with the Private Wealth Business project and Change & Integration teams you will lead and manage multiple change initiatives within the broader GIS Transformation project.

How will I help

Lead the execution and integration of change across the Private Wealth Line of Business (LOB) to create a marketleading experience for both employees and clients.

Manage the representation and resourcing of the Line of Business (LOB) on enterprise change projects. This involves ensuring appropriate allocation of resources coordinating with stakeholders and aligning LOB objectives with broader enterprise goals to facilitate successful project outcomes.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Adherence to Group Change Management Frameworks
  • Private Wealth learning and development framework
  • Prioritization of change delivery into LOB including method/channel
  • Change planning and execution for the Private Wealth LOB
  • Change related LOB Communications
  • LOB project representation roles register
  • Ownership of Strategic Project delivery
