Are you a senior Occupational Therapist ready to lead and deliver impactful change in acute care St Vincents Hospital Melbourne (SVHM) is seeking a motivated and experienced clinician to join our team in the Acute Senior Clinician role in the Neurosciences/Stroke stream.
This role provides an exceptional opportunity to deliver highquality personcentered care with great opportunities to engage in continuous improvement workforce capability improvement in a dynamic valuesled health service.
About the Role
As the Senior Clinician you will:
Deliver excellence in clinical care
Support innovation and service development ensuring equitable access responsiveness to complexity and alignment with best practice models of care.
Support capability building through supervision and mentoring fostering professional growth in the clinicians you support.
Champion interdisciplinary collaboration contributing to integrated holistic models of care
Promote a culture of learning and research embedding reflective practice and innovation.
About You
You are a dynamic and valuesdriven Occupational Therapist who is passionate about client centered acute care.
You will bring:
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Clinical experience in acute care settings.
Demonstrated experience in workforce development clinical supervision and education delivery.
A collaborative approach and excellent interpersonal negotiation and communication skills.
A commitment to continuous improvement innovation and health equity.
