About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join the Value team. the successful candidate will assist with costing building & execution our Above the Line Generosity strategy with a key focus on our Sports proposition. Help build our CMS strategy to deliver intuitive customer experiences on platform. Work closely with Key Stakeholders to bring these promotions to life across different departments & deliver a test and learn strategy on platform
Responsibilities Include
- CoManage the ATL promotional budget including forecasting tracking & approval.
- Play a leading role in planning coordination and execution of all ATL Promotions with central focus on our sporting codes
- Own competitor monitoring and tracking including weekly view on the competitor landscape
- Work closely with key stakeholders (including Design Brand & Research) to ensure best in class creative on platform.
- Manage our Justice Strategy (CFAL). Delivering great customer experiences and finding new ways to bring excitement to life
- Support with Value & Platform Planning and execution for all major events (E.g. Season launch)
- Lead & share Platform Merchandising on a weektoweek basis (e.g. customer journeys value & product banners hypertimely platform management) with a key focus on Governance & processes
- Aide in development & growth of team mates
About You
- Tertiary degree in marketing/business/communications
- 3 years experience in Marketing/ CRM/Value or Generosity
- Experience in budget ownership and management (Desirable)
