Job Description
An excellent opportunity exists for a highly motivated and suitably qualified individual to join Rex in the fulltime role of Graduate Business Analyst Engineering located at our Sydney Head Office in Mascot.
Key Position Responsibilities:
- Data Review and Analysis:Analyse and interpret business processes procedures and practices within Company Engineering and Accounting systems and applications
- Process Improvement:Identifies and evaluates inefficiencies of existing business practices to drive improvement.
- Make recommendations for data migration strategies
- Reporting:Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings/trends and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Create reports from relevant systems that demonstrate the connection between them and the data transfer analysis.
- Create and update user documentation and maintain the knowledge database.
- Collaboration:Work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering and accounting to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
Selection Criteria:
- Education:Bachelors degree in Business Analytics or Business preferable or engineering
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in data analysis visualisation tools and software (e.g. Excel Power BI)
- Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail:High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Preferred Knowledge:Background in engineering and accounting is highly desirable.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast paced environment.
