TheCampaign Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the customer journey from initial engagement through to retention within the Premium cohort. This role supports the Proposition Manager with execution of proposition planning driving engagement satisfaction and loyalty throughout the customer journey. Additionally the lead will leverage events and experiences to create impactful campaigns ensuring the delivery of highquality scalable and innovative activations.
Key accountabilities:
- Develop and implement lifecycle campaign strategies aligned with Premium customer proposition planning business goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement at each stage of the lifecycle from acquisition to retention and advocacy.
- Ensure campaign propositions are tailored to the specific needs of various customer segments supporting customer profiling.
- Ensure effective value sustainability & product merchandising in all customer interactions and communications.
- Plan and execute campaigns that engage customers. creating a multilayered customer experience on and off platform.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to develop and maintain detailed customer profiles understanding their needs preferences and behaviours.
- Partner with the CRM team to design and implement communication strategies that effectively convey propositions to customers.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in all customer journey initiatives.
- Partner with Premium ELT to leverage customer data and insights for campaign optimization and personalisation.
- Leverage the customer voice through Relationship Manager engagement of campaign planning to ensure relevance and competitive edge.
- Creation and implementation of Premium Team campaign communications including but not limited to Customer & Team communications presentation and training.
- Ideation & Creation of Premium Campaign planning aligned to Value & CE timelines.
- Support Proposition & Experiences Team with engaging and customer centric GTM Campaigns.
- Work closely with the Premium commercial team to bring to life Premium customer lifecycle journeys through profiling segmentation and engagement.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for lifecycle campaigns such as customer engagement retention rates and ROI.
