In Australia we operate a select highly skilled internationally diverse engineering team providing engineering and design advisory services to Australias naval programs and maritime autonomy system development. Our team holds expertise across naval architecture marine engineering systems engineering integrated logistics support engineering consulting and acquisition program management.
We are seeking a Principal Configuration Manager
The position will include the following responsibilities:
Oversee the strategic technical assurance process while leading high level stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and delivery of critical outcomes.
Perform complex technical configuration activities and associated tasks working to agreed priorities and outcomes
Provide advice on and develop data and configuration management processes;
Prepare data and configuration management plans;
Develop and maintain databases (such as CTMU and AMPs);
Conduct configuration management; and
Access technical packages including scoping planning and reviewing of packages and provide recommendation for consideration.
Qualifications
The position requires the following highlevel attributes:
Strong experience in Configuration management within government or professional services with a strong track record in managing configuration processes.
Indepth understanding of government operations and processes.
Additional Information
The successful applicant is required to hold a valid NV1 security clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid security clearance as well as other mandatory background checks including a National Police check.

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
