Job Description
As part of the Freightways Ltd group of companies MedX Healthcare Solutions is a rapidly growing company providing complete Clinical Waste Sharps Disposal and Hygiene & Washroom Solutions.
As a Service Technician with MedX our clients vary widely as do our routes from week to week. We currently have a Full Time role available for an energetic motivated and enthusiastic person who is happy to work unsupervised with an interest in a diverse range of tasks such as driving clinical and hygiene servicing and customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivery and collection of clinical & medical bins sharps containers and related products
- Servicing and maintaining washroom products in both male and female bathrooms
- Refilling soap air fresheners and sanitiser products
- Carrying out assigned hygiene and cleaning work to the highest of standards
- Operating servicing and cleaning tools
- Loading and unloading of your vehicle
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure your vehicle is maintained safe and clean
- Complete all service paperwork
- Weighing and recording your vehicles load weights
- Remain compliant with all policies and procedures including WHS
Key requirements:
- 1 years driving experience
- Valid CClass Drivers Licence or Medium Rigid (MR) with a good Driver History Record
- Strong Customer Focus
- Is smart phone savvy
- Ability to work independently within a closeknit team environment
- Willing to work in both metro and regional area
- Willing start at varied and sometimes early times
- Safe manual handling skills
- Hardworking punctual and reliable
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instruction
