Are you a proactive individual with a passion for property and a knack for campaign management Were on the hunt for a Team & Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative and forwardthinking Retail Services team. This is a highenergy clientfacing/ process driven role where youll be instrumental in supporting the team with essential operational marketing and administrative tasks that drive the success of the business unit.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Prepare highquality pitches submissions and presentations
Manage marketing campaigns including brochures EDMs listings and enquiries
Coordinate property inspections and client interactions
Draft and assist with documentation such as contracts fee agreements and agency agreements
Maintain accurate property databases and raise invoices
Track and report on team performance and campaign metrics
Manage team administration including expenses reimbursements travel and event coordination
Support the team with employment changes meetings and vendor engagement
Provide cover for other administrative staff as needed
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role
Experience in commercial real estate is highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; InDesign; Canva experience highly regarded
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively
Confident stakeholder management and vendor liaison experience
A proactive mindset with an interest in the property industry
