As a Premier Asset Finance Relationship Manager you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with large Asset Finance Broking firms providing asset finance solutions to meet their specific needs. You will support brokers in terms of application support business development credit qualification with a focus on increasing share of wallet for both Asset Finance and other Shift products.
Qualifications :
- 3 years Sales/BDM experience preferably within commercial finance.
- 3 years Credit Analyst experience is highly regarded
- Current or Previously held Delegated Lending Authority will be highly regarded
- Proven ability to build long term relationships within the broker network.
Additional Information :
Asset Finance Solutions:
- Assess and understand client needs to offer solutions mainly asset finance and other Shift products.
- Review transaction scenarios as needed to ensure they are aligned to Shifts credit appetite.
- Conduct risk assessments and financial analysis to ensure proposals are aligned with the Shifts credit appetite including lodging Credit Assessments on transactions above $1m.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build develop and maintain strong longterm relationships with large Asset Finance broking firms as designated.
- Proactively engage with brokers to understand the portfolio and opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for brokers ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Regularly review client portfolios to identify opportunities for growth and offer additional products and services.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within the asset finance portfolio.
- Work closely with the brokers and marketing to target potential clients in various sectors.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
Market Knowledge & Advisory:
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends market conditions and competitor information impacting Asset Finance offering.
Target Achievement & Reporting:
- Achieve individual targets and contribute to the overall performance of Shift.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client performance market conditions and business development activities.
- Use CRM systems and other tools to track client interactions and progress toward business goals.
