- Licensure as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is required in order to qualify. There is no substitution for this requirement.

- Function of work:Provide direct applied behavior analysis services to children diagnosed with autism.
Job Duties and Other Information
EXAMPLES BELOW ARE A BRIEF SAMPLE OF COMMON DUTIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS JOB TITLE. NOT ALL POSSIBLE TASKS ARE INCLUDED. Manages a caseload of clients and monitor their progress. Provides direct 1:1 and group ABA therapy. Provides parent/guardian/family training. Writes Treatment plans and assessments. Provide directline supervision of a team of specialist and contractors registered line technicians. Provide initial and ongoing training to staff regarding how to implement behavioral programming with clients. - Complete medical records and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with policy and procedure.
- Complete progress notes and sign at the time of service in compliance with charting and billing requirement.
- Develops daily schedule for staff to follow.
