Job Description
Need some extra ducats for the summer Come work at North Scottsdales Shopping destination and join our friendly team of hospitable helpers at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess this year! We are looking for fun energetic multi takers with a passion for creating Summer Magic one wonderful welcome at a time. Sound good Want even more This is your chance to be part of a dynamic team that seamlessly works as one has a passion for people and has a helpful heart.
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Retail Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
- Attend to customers in a professional and polite manner while upselling merchandise
- Ensure the kiosk is neatly maintained and stock is replenished
- All cashiering duties
- Ensure the kiosk is clean at all times
- Follow department policies procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous point of sale system experience an asset
- Competitive and entrepreneurial spirit an asset
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
