Summary;
The eSales Agent is responsible for engaging with potential customers who inquire via phone chat or online platforms regarding new or preowned vehicles. The primary focus of this role is to convert inbound interest into qualified showroom appointments by delivering timely accurate and professional responses.
This position plays a key role in creating a strong first impression for the dealership. The eSales Agent is expected to provide a premium customer experience while using CRM and lead management tools to track and follow up with leads. Ongoing training in product knowledge objection handling and customer communication is provided.
