Our NGFWs are trusted by enterprises worldwide to secure their most critical assets. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of network security. As the Senior Director of Product Marketing Hardware NGFWs and Core Security Services you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our industryleading hardware NGFW portfolio and associated core security offerings.

Your Impact

  • Lead a team of product marketing managers and inspire them to deliver their best in a very fastpaced environment

  • Build differentiated valuebased messages that connect customer pain points with our products and solutions emphasizing how Precision AI delivers superior security outcomes and operational efficiencies.  

  • Work with Product Management to identify key market problems and help position our products appropriately 

  • Lead the creation of marketing initiatives with Global Campaigns and Field Marketing to execute on gotomarket objectives

  • Lead the creation of strong marketing content to support all stages of the marketing funnel from demand generation to conversion into sales qualified leads

  • Present at internal and external events highlighting how we offer differentiated networking and security offerings for the hybrid workforce and branch offices

  • Identify key metrics to track business performance and drive regular communication on progress to our crossfunctional stakeholders

  • Track the network security market and competitive landscape with a keen focus on AI advancements and their application in cybersecurity in collaboration with product marketing and sales leadership.  

  • Lead content creation for Partner and Sales enablement


Qualifications :

Your Experience 

  • Product Marketing At least 12 years of product marketing or related experience Youll need to have owned or executed full lifecycle product launches

  • Leadership At least 5 years leading teams supporting them through positioning & messaging development planning and executing gotomarket strategies industry analyst influence hiring and managing high performing teams

  • Storyteller and presenter An ability to break down complex concepts into extremely simple and clear terms comfortable with creating and delivering presentations in a range of environments from industry conferences to customer briefings to internal teams and leadership

  • Communicator and Writer Strong written communication is necessary to develop extremely simple and clear messaging collateral tools and content for customers partners & sales

  • Bachelors degree required MBA is desirable or equivalent military experience required

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level the starting base salary (for nonsales roles) or base salary commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $252000 $346500YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
