Job Description
Position Highlights:
- Shift: Day (12)7:00 start
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2448 $2592
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients during surgical procedures in the Operating Room.
- Collaborate with surgeons anesthesiologists surgical techs and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient condition during surgery ensuring a sterile and safe environment.
- Document patient care accurately in Epic (Electronic Medical Record system).
- Assist with positioning prepping and transporting patients for procedures.
- Follow hospital policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
- May scrub and assist in surgical procedures if trained (scrubbing experience preferred but not required).
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Massachusetts (required)
- BLS/CPR Certification (from AHA or equivalentrequired)
- Experience with Epic EMR (required)
- Experience in robotic and neuro surgeries.
- Scrubbing experience (preferred but not required)
