Job Description
Heritage Urgent & Primary Care is seeking a fulltime Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Wake Forest North Carolina practice focusing on Primary Care Urgent Care and Integrative & Functional Medicine.

- Fourday Work Week
Successful candidates will have the following:
- Licensed to practice in North Carolina a plus
- 1 years of clinical experience in clinical setting (will consider clinical rotations for new graduates)
