Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership in daily campus operations promoting a studentcentered learning environment.
  • Maintain safe compliant and ready labs and facilities to support program delivery.
  • Lead campus goalsetting
  • Uphold institutional policies and regulatory requirements across the campus including readiness for audits and state board visits fostering a culture of compliance accountability and integrity.
  • Manage class schedules and faculty assignments to ensure effective instruction and student success.
  • Oversee instructional staff performance through regular coaching and the completion of annual performance evaluations ensuring accountability growth and alignment with campus goals and instructional standards.
  • Maintain accurate student campus and facility records.
  • Promote campus programs through community outreach partnership development and strategic engagement to support enrollment growth and strengthen regional impact.
  • Model exemplary organizational communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration responsiveness and a standard of excellence throughout the campus.
  • Leverage a background in healthcare to foster student success in the field of allied healthcare: Phlebotomy Clinical Medical Assisting EKG Technician and more.

Requirements

The Experience Youll Bring:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 3 years of experience in Medical Assisting EMT RN or a similar clinical field.

We prefer you also bring:

  • At least 2 years in a managerial/leadership role
  • Experience in office administration
  • Experience in teaching or training
