Job Description
Job Objective/Summary: The Clinic Medical Assistant is responsible for supporting physicians in the examination and treatment of patients. This includes obtaining patient histories performing basic clinical procedures and preparing specimens for laboratory analysis. The ideal candidate is organized professional and able to thrive in a fastpaced clinical environment. The Clinic Medical Assistant will perform patient intake including collection of vital signs such as pulse rate temperature blood pressure height and weight. Draw and collect blood samples as needed; prepare and label specimens for lab analysis. ;
Job Education Licenses/Certifications Knowledge & Experience: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Previous experience as a Medical Assistant preferred. ;
