Job Description
Responsibilities
Prepare vacant units for new tenants by completing necessary repairs painting and cleaning.
Inspect units to determine needed maintenance and ensure readiness.
Perform minor plumbing electrical HVAC carpentry and appliance repairs.
Replace or repair flooring counter tops and fixtures as needed.
Ensure units meet quality standards before final inspection.
Assist with general property maintenance including grounds keeping and common area upkeep.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for makeready tasks.
Work with the maintenance team to complete work orders as assigned.
Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
Previous experience in apartment maintenance general repairs or a related field preferred.
Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical HVAC and carpentry.
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.
Must pass background check and drug screening
$16.50 and up depending on experience and HVAC Certification
