Description
Together with EXOS Centurion Health is the proud provider of dental services to the Indiana Department of Correction.
We are currently seeking a parttime dentist (16 hours per week) to join our team at Reception Diagnostic Center in Plainfield Indiana.
The Dentist provides comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of incarcerated patients including routine recall exams simple extractions restorations prosthetic services prophylaxis fluoride treatments and endodontic treatments.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD
- Active unrestricted IN license
- Active unrestricted DEA
- Must pass background screening and credentialing
Available Shift
- Day Shift
- 2 days per week
- 8 hour shifts
- No nights holidays or weekends
